I can help take this task off your desk and get your positions filled with qualified and polished professionals in a timely manner. I will manage the job postings, review resumes of active candidates and utilize social media and other search techniques to recruit passive candidates, conduct the first level phone screen and move qualified candidates through the interview process. Once you have identified the candidate I will take care of putting together offer letters, salary negotiation and onboarding your new hire.
